There are changes in staffing which was necessary. The new staff is really nice and trying to help as much they can do. Sitting in the waiting room I do see that some patients are rather rude, argumentative and really feisty. There is no need for this.
I'm a really happy patient.

The surgery could offer lunchtime appointments so I can see the docter at my lunch break,

Thank you very much for your review and suggestion. We appreaciate this would be quite convenient for you and patients alike, but unfortunately this is not always possible as GPs do their home visits during the break between morning and afternoon clinics.
